2017 - 2023

The vast diversity of life on Earth reflects how each species has adapted to its environment. The unique needs and behaviors of each species create a web of relationships that sustain entire ecosystems. I'm deeply fascinated by these connections, as they reveal how species coexist, compete, and cooperate, adding depth and resilience to the natural world. Since these relationships can influence the structure and function of ecosystems, in my view, representing a species requires including its environment.

Inspired by this idea, I apply colors that reflect the surroundings onto the living beings themselves. Just as an object's color can be influenced by light sources, shadows, and nearby elements,
I wanted to show the interconnected relationships of living organisms within an ecosystem through color relationships.
